Cool KID'S SUMMER this year.
Speaking of Cool KID'S SUMMER, Bitsy and Sofia were a part of the special summer experiences this year, which is why they were out and about at Disney's Hollywood Studios. When I was at Hollywood Studios yesterday, I didn't see them at all, which makes me think they aren't regularly scheduled to appear now that Cool KID'S SUMMER has ended. That said, Nicki, Walt Disney World is famous for magical surprises. That means Bitsy and Sofia could still randomly appear every once in a while (I still smile when I remember King Louie popping up unexpectedly in EPCOT). In the
My Disney Experience mobile app, you can always see scheduled appearances during your visit by tapping the map (the second option at the bottom of the screen). Then, at the top of your screen, select "Characters." Make sure to then filter by "Location, and then click the "Show List" option in the bottom right-hand corner to see who is appearing at Hollywood Studios that day. You never know; it could be Sofia or Bitsy.

The Magic of Disney Animation today? I had the chance to check out the soft opening yesterday, and it really is amazing. It has indoor play spaces for littles, animating along with Olaf, and so much more. My littles didn't want to leave, and honestly neither did we. Make sure to set aside some time in your itinerary to check it out and hang out around Animation Courtyard in general. There have been so many rare character sightings over there lately, and who knows who you might meet. If you need anything else, Nicki, please come back and see us.
