I am a bit of planner. I would like to plan my next Disneyland trip for January 13 to January 15, 2026. Checking into a Disneyland Resort hotel on January 12, 2026. Why can't I access any information for those dates?

Hi there, Pamela. Welcome to planDisney!

My planDisney panelist friends and I are all planners in our families and you’re just like us! We’re already almost halfway through the year and January 2026 will be here before we know it. I can see why you’re already starting to plan your upcoming trip to the Happiest Place on Earth!

Unfortunately, at this time, the booking window for hotel stays at the Disneyland Resort is only through December 31, 2025. Historically, Disneyland Resort usually opens up reservation for the following year around late summer or early fall. My family and I are signed up for the runDisney event at the end of January 2026 and we’re also eagerly waiting for next year’s reservations to open up!

I recommend checking out the Disney Parks Blog or following @Disneyland, the official Disneyland Resort account, on your favorite social media platforms for the latest news and updates. I hope you’ll be able to book your January vacation soon!

If you have more questions as you plan your upcoming trip to the Happiest Place on Earth, please feel free to stop by planDisney again. My planDisney panelist pals and I are happy to help!

    Sending you pixie dust,
    Kiki

Meet the Panelist: Kiki, California

Greetings! I have been fascinated by the magic of Disney since I was a little girl; now that I am a mother of two, I love watching my children experience Disney Parks through their own eyes. I am also surrounded by fellow Disney-loving nurse friends whom I enjoy quick adults-only Disneyland Resort escapes or Disney Cruise Line voyages with. Whether you are planning your once-in-a-lifetime family trip or a short adults-only getaway to the Happiest Place on Earth, I am here to help!
