    The Birthday set on my account is incorrect and I would like to change it, yet I don’t know how to go about doing so

    Every day at the Walt Disney World Resort feels like a birthday, doesn't it?! I guess in the "real world," it matters that you have the correct day linked to your account, but you have my permission to treat yourself to a Mickey Mouse balloon and a cupcake on your next visit, even if it isn't technically your special day!

    To correct the date of birth linked to your My Disney Experience profile, you will need to speak with a friendly experience at the help desk. They can be reached by calling (407) 939-4357. Wait times are longer than usual right now, so I always plan to multitask while enjoying the Disney Parks hold music. I'm sending pixie-dusted wishes that you don't wait too long at all and your problem is solved quickly and easily!

    Andrew, while you do have to wait to speak to a Cast Member to resolve this issue, did you know there are so many great features in the My Disney Experience mobile app? There's trivia and Walt Disney World articles and stories on the home screen, or you can summon the Disney Genie to start planning your perfect un-birthday visit.
