The two dates closest to your birthday that do not have a Halloween party are September 26 and September 28. As of the posting of this answer, the hours for Magic Kingdom for both dates are 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM. However, you should always check the
Disney World calendar, as theme park times are subject to change – including extending posted hours!
Maritza, if you have your heart set on spending your actual birthday in a Disney Park, later in the evening, you could consider EPCOT and Disney’s Hollywood Studios! EPCOT’s hours for your birthday are 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Disney’s Hollywood Studios will also be open from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Again, those hours can also change, so watch the Disney World calendar.
Both EPCOT and Hollywood Studios end the night with fireworks! EPCOT hosts
Luminous The Symphony of Us at 9:00 PM. Hollywood Studios entertains Guests with
Fantasmic! (my favorite)! There will be two showings of Fantasmic! on your birthday – 8:00 PM and 9:30 PM. Yes, the showtimes for both Luminous and Fantasmic! take place at or after park closing time. Guests remaining for the fireworks are allowed to stay in the parks for the nighttime shows after the parks close! Be sure to check the schedule in case times for fireworks shows change.
