    Will Birthday pins be available in the parks once they open?

    Thanks for coming to planDisney with your question! 

    I love to celebrate my birthday at the Disneyland Resort because a day at Disneyland is like one giant party! My first stop is always to Guest Relations to grab a complimentary birthday button for myself. I just love that Cast Members wish me a Happy Birthday all day long! Feel free to get one of those or an “I’m Celebrating” button for yourself! I was just at the Walt Disney World Resort and buttons were still available. I imagine when the Disneyland Resort reopens buttons will still be available there too. 

    Here are a few other suggestions for celebrating a birthday at “The Happiest Place on Earth!” If you’d like to make a special dining reservation, try Lamplight Lounge in Disney California Adventure Park. This restaurant features unique decor and is located right on the water. When making a dining reservation on the Disneyland website or the Disneyland App, you have the option to add a birthday cake to your reservation. You may also call Disney Dining at (714) 781-DINE (714-781-3463) to add one. If required, a special diet cake order can be placed by emailing Special.Diets@disneyland.com with your request at least four weeks in advance of your dining reservation. Also, make sure to take plenty of pictures to commemorate your trip! And, don’t forget, Disney PhotoPass Photographers are always willing to snap a couple of pictures for you as well!
