    other than the birthday pin, what other special things can happen on a birthday...on the 4th of July...in the Magic Kingdom?

    Hi Maria!

    Sounds like you are planning to spend your birthday at the most magical place on earth! Happy Birthday! I go to Walt Disney World EVERY year on my birthday. I also take my kids every year on their birthdays, which I lucked out because they are four days apart, so we can celebrate both their birthdays in one trip, so I can definitely help you with your birthday celebration at Walt Disney World.

    In regards to complimentary birthday celebration features, the complimentary birthday pin is the only guaranteed free item. However, I have also received special surprises at different Disney dining locations, such as a glass of champagne at Flying Fish. My kids received a complimentary cupcake at Chef Mickey's for their birthday. 

    Make sure to note on your Advanced Dining Reservation that you are celebrating a birthday so it's notated when you arrive. It also helps to wear your complimentary "Happy Birthday" button.

    You can also order a cake to be delivered to the restaurant by calling the cake hotline at 407-827-2253. You can also order a special birthday gift to be delivered to the room with Disney Floral and Gifts. I hope you have a happy birthday at Walt Disney World!
