Happy early birthday, Anabela! I'm so glad you popped over to planDisney to let us help you make plans for your special day. After all, celebrating magical occasions at the Walt Disney World Resort is one of the things we do best!
I just took a look at the
Theme Park Availability Calendar for next Monday, April 12, and right now, you're in luck! There is availability, but it's limited at the moment to just
EPCOT and
Disney's Animal Kingdom Park. Awesome Theme Parks (in fact, EPCOT is my favorite!), but if you wanted to visit a different Park, there's a way you can do that. Let's talk Park Hoppers!
Adding the
Park Hopper Option to your base
Florida Resident ticket allows you to visit more than one Theme Park per day. Since Walt Disney World is still in the
phased reopening process, Park hopping works a bit differently now, but it still brings extra fun to your Disney day! To use the Park Hopper Option, you'll first make a
Disney Park Pass reservation for the first Park you'll be visiting. On your big day, you must go to that Park first. Then, after 2 p.m., Park hopping will open for the other Theme Parks. Check your
My Disney Experience app for any updates to Park hopping hours. That way, you can have the whole World for your birthday!
Anabela, while you're celebrating your birthday, don't forget to pick up a free birthday button to wear around the Parks! You can get one in any
Guest Relations location or at many of the retail shops in the Theme Parks. You'll feel like true royalty with all the warm wishes you receive all day long. And don't forget to mention your birthday when you check in for any
dining reservations you might have. You never know when a little pixie dust might be sprinkled your way!
I hope this helps make your birthday a magical adventure, Anabela! Best wishes from your planDisney pals, and be sure to come see us again if you have any more questions!
Keep Disney Dreaming,
Kathy K.
