My birthday is Feburary 1st My family is planning to take me to Disney on 3rd  Will I still be able to get in free or have the Birthday treatment?

    HI Isamaris,

Getting in free on your birthday was part of the "What Will You Celebrate" promotion during 2009.  The offer was only valid during that year, so in order to celebrate your birthday at Walt Disney World, you'll need to purchase a park pass for that day.

Having said that, Disney World is a great place to celebrate a birthday or any other special event.  When you go to the park, be sure to get a birthday pin from Guest Services.  Cast members will wish you Happy Birthday all day long, and occasionally there may be a little extra pixie dust added to your day.  If you make reservations to dine at a table service restaurant be sure to let them know your celebrating a birthday for a little extra surprise.

Hope this helps.  Have a magical vacation!

Meet the Panelist: Diane, Georgia

After spending 25 years in RI, my husband and I relocated to GA with our youngest, who is now in high school. I took my first trip to Walt Disney World when I was 11 and I have traveled many times since then with all different party sizes. From creating our first itinerary as a honeymooner to later creating magical experiences for our multigenerational family gatherings, every aspect of planning a vacation has been pure joy to me.  Learn More About Diane
