    how much are the birthday cakes? we will be in disney for my husbands birthday 16/01/2013 and more than likely dining at chef mikeys as we have done in the past. thank you

    Thank you for sending in your question to the Walt Disney World Moms Panel.

    That sounds like a great way to celebrate a birthday!  I'm jealous!  Six-inch cakes are available at most Disney Table Service (full service) restaurants for birthdays. You do not need to pre-order.  You can just request one when you check-in at the podium; just ask the Disney Cast Member there for one.  The six inch celebration cake is $21.00 plus tax and gratuity.

    Slightly more elaborate cakes may also be available, but must be ordered in advance by contacting the individual restaurant.  If you want a personalized, custom made very elaborate cake, you can order it via the Cake Hotline: 407-827-2253. This requires 48 hours advance notice.
