Are there birthday buttons that you can get onboard the Disney Dream like you can get at Disney World to indicate your child is having a special day? I want to make her 5th birthday cruise the best ever!!!!! Love the Mom's Panel BTW! :)

    Hi, Jennifer!

I'm so glad that you enjoy reading our answers here on the Disney Moms Panel -- we certainly enjoy serving Disney guests! You are the greatest!

Of course you want to make your little princess' birthday the best ever, and taking her on the new Disney Dream is definitely the way to make memories to last a lifetime! As far as I've seen and heard, there aren't birthday buttons like the ones at the parks. However, you're definitely going to want to make your travel agent know about the special birthday girl or make note of her special day on your reservation. You can do it online under Special Requests on the Customizing Your Cruise page.

My friend, Jennifer from passporter.com has some wonderful ideas on her site about "10 Ways to Celebrate A Birthday." She includes ideas such as decorating your stateroom or displaying magnets on the door. Plus, if you happen to be at Walt Disney World before your cruise, you can request a button from any resort front desk or Guest Relations at any park or Downtown Disney.

Happy Birthday to your princess! I hope you have a wonderful day and a magical vacation. Bon voyage!
