I can't think of a more magical birthday for your daughter than celebrating at the "Happiest Place on Earth!" I spoke with a Cast Member about the age limit for the
Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique, and she confirmed that the experience is only available for Guests between 3 and 12 years of age. I'm sure that is not the answer you were hoping for, but I have a few special ideas to celebrate your daughter.
Even though she's not able to experience a makeover at the Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique, I recommend stopping by and asking one of the Fairy Godmother's Apprentices for some "pixie dust!" It's not always guaranteed that they'll be able to, but I'm hoping you and your daughter will get to experience it. A Fairy Godmother's Apprentice will sprinkle some glitter over her head while she makes a magical birthday wish, it's a very special moment!
If you'll be making a
dining reservation at a table service restaurant during your trip, you also could order a
Mickey Mouse Celebration Cake to be delivered during your meal! You can add this on when you make your dining reservation, or inquire with a Cast Member upon arrival to the restaurant.
I also recommend stopping by City Hall at Disneyland Park or Guest Services at Disney California Adventure Park for a complimentary birthday button for your daughter. They can personalize it with her name, and she can wear it throughout your trip! My son received fun shout-outs from Cast Members and Guests during his birthday trip, he never got tired of receiving birthday wishes!
