Hi, there!
Welcome to planDisney, Jalinda. I'm so excited to hear you'll be traveling to the Walt Disney World Resort in just a few days! There's no place I'd rather be, that's for sure.
It sounds like you'll be traveling with a little princess in tow. That's so much fun! My family just enjoyed a Disney vacation a few weeks ago, and my little princess had the very best time.
Like you, I was really hoping
Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique would be open in time for our visit, but unfortunately, this fairytale experience is still unavailable. There's been no announcement about a reopening date, but I'm certainly hoping it will be open for reservations again soon! My advice is to keep an eye on the
Disney Parks Blog. It's your best resource for news and updates about Disney Parks and destinations! As services and experiences return to the Walt Disney World Resort, we'll see those announcements made on the Disney Parks Blog.
While Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique wasn't open during our most recent visit, my daughter still had the opportunity to spend her days as a Disney princess! We were sure to pack all her favorite princess gowns from home, along with all the accessories and hair supplies we'd need for a DIY makeover worthy of royalty. Before leaving for the theme parks in the morning, my preschooler would pick out the gown she wanted to wear and I'd style her hair. Everywhere we went she was greeted with, "Hello, princess!" There were several times when we were on the Disney buses that an announcement was made about a princess being on board. You can bet she was beaming!
Be sure to stop by
Sir Mickey's behind Cinderella Castle in Magic Kingdom Park. This storybook shop has all the princess apparel and toys you can imagine! My daughter picked out the most beautiful Cinderella tiara and Jasmine costume at Sir Mickey's. I think it was her favorite place to shop in all of Walt Disney World!
I hope this was helpful, Jalinda. I'm wishing you a Disney vacation that is practically perfect in every way!
