hi, we want to do bilzzard beach april 17th its open that day untill 7 do you think that it would be less crowded later in the afternoon say at about 3? or would it be best to go for it opening that morning, very early i know but i love to plan ! thanks.

    Hi Stephanie,

Typically, if it is a nice time of the year with lovely weather, then the Water Parks will be busy!  I have found with my many visits that if you are going during a "peak" time of the year, then you will be looking at all attractions to be quite crowded (including the Water Parks).  Mid-March through Late April ("Spring Break") is listed to be the "highest attendance level" at WDW and I think if you have stellar weather then the crowds will be heading to the Water Parks.  With all this in mind I would definitely suggest to get to Blizzard Beach just around opening time (as harsh as it may be on your sleep pattern!) in order to secure your Beach Chairs and loungers and have a blast in the water.  Then I suggest you go back to the resort mid-day and have a nice snooze, a bite to eat, relax a while and then head out to a Theme Park in the evening (if you were planning for that!).  I hope I have helped you out a bit.  Have a magical day!

    Best wishes,
