    Andrea from CA Asked

Can I use a bill as proof of residency?

Hey there, hi there, ho there, Andrea! Thanks for stopping by planDisney where you're always welcome as can be. I'll be your handy helper today as you prepare to return to a land of magic!

When the theme parks of Disneyland Resort reopen to Guests at the end of this month, they will be welcoming visitors who reside in the Golden State as part of guidance from the State of California. I'm so excited for Mickey Mouse's closest neighbors!

As part of the reopening plan, theme park reservations are required to enter both Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure Park, and these can only be secured when logged into a Disney account associated with a California address. You may be asked to provide additional proof of residency upon entry, so just to be safe, I recommend bringing a picture ID that matches the name on an electric bill sent to your California address.

Andrea, once you have obtained both valid theme park admission and reservations for the day you plan to visit, you are ready to visit the Happiest Place on Earth! As you make final preparations, be sure to download the Disneyland Mobile App to your smartphone and review updated health and safety protocols. Thanks again for coming to see us at planDisney, and have a magical day!

Greetings! I'm Betsy, a middle school teacher, wife, and mom of two. My family and I love to travel the world, but our best memories are those made when we're visiting Walt Disney World.
