Welcome to planDisney, Mariz. We are so happy that you stopped by!
Your visit to the
Disneyland Resort is just around the corner, and I'm sure you and your little one are getting so excited to visit Mickey and his pals. Make sure to check out
Goofy's How-to-Play Yard in
Mickey's Toontown for some silly good fun! My kids love the interactive play and silly sounds that they discover. Then, take a stroll over to visit Mickey and Minnie at their houses!
Mariz, to answer your question, the
Disneyland Resort allows strollers that are less than 31" (79 cm) x 52" (132 cm) in size. Please note that wagons, stroller wagons, and "any trailer-like object that is pushed, pulled or towed by... a stroller or person" are not permitted. Guests bringing any of these prohibited objects would be asked to return them to their cars before entering the Resort. I have personally seen this happen to several families, and it definitely interrupts the morning - especially for families like mine that like to get to the parks right at opening. Please familiarize yourself with the
Disneyland Resort Rules before your visit to determine if your stroller meets the requirements and be mindful that policies are subject to change.
Good news! If you find that you would rather
rent a stroller while at the Disneyland Resort, you can do so right outside the
Disneyland Park Main Entrance. Stroller rentals have daily rates and can be used inside both Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure Park.
Mariz, did you know that both theme parks have a
Baby Care Center that has toddler-size toilets, changing tables, and baby and kid necessities (such as sunscreen and snacks) for purchase? These were a great resource for my family when my kids were younger, and made our park days much more enjoyable. At Disneyland Park, you can find the Baby Care Center at the end of Main Street near the Little Red Wagon. At Disney California Adventure Park, it is located next door to the
Ghirardelli Soda Fountain and Chocolate Shop.
I hope this helps, Mariz! Please visit us again with any other planning questions that you may have!
Cheers,
Melissa
