how big is the pool at kidani village compared to jambo house? half the size??

Hi Eileen! Thanks for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel. Yes, Samawati Springs Pool at Disney’s Animal Kingdom Villas – Kidani Village is about half the size of Uzima Pool at Disney's Animal Kingdom Villas – Jambo House. Both feature a zero-depth entry point similar to that of a natural beach.

You'll find Uzima Pool a bit busier as Disney's Animal Kingdom Villas – Jambo House accommodates more guests. My kids love Samawati Springs Pool because the waterslide is nearly twice as big as the one at Uzima Pool an exciting 128-feet high. I'm not so adventurous, I like the cozy atmosphere at Kidani Village. For my little ones nothing beats Uwanja Camp for a magical splashing time!

No matter where you choose, you're in for a magical cultural treat! Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge is truly a majestic and one of a kind place. There's nothing quite like seeing the beauty and splendor of the wild animals right from your Savanna view balcony...it's magical!

Wishing you a magical and memorable Disney vacation.
