Does Big Pine Cay building at The Grand Floridian have good views of the MK castle? I have requested outer building, theme park View and upper floor in the hope that we will!! Having young kids means we may not stay in the park late to watch fireworks!

    Hello, Kathryn,

We have stayed at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa and loved watching the fireworks from our balcony.  It felt like our own private showing! We have had views of the fireworks from both Big Pine Key and Conch Key; our favorite, however, was Conch Key since it faces the castle more directly.  Sago Cay also has similar views to Conch Key.

To help you get an idea of what the views are actually like, I'd visit touringplans.com.  Once there, search for View of Disney's Grand Floridian Resort. Then, you can select the variables such as the view you booked and type of room as well as an upper floor. And finally, you can explore the different buildings and see what the views are from different rooms.

If you have any further questions, please let us know.  Wishing you a magical trip!  -Kara
