Hello June! Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.
Every trip I take with my family is a balance of transporting little ones using strollers to Airports, to Walt Disney World Resort Hotels and through the Theme Parks. All of these trips require different needs to be met that must balance portability with function.
The best location to store your umbrella stroller would be a locker.
Lockers are available to rent at all Walt Disney World Resort Theme Parks and Water Parks and are located near the main gates of each park (as well as International Gateway for Epcot).
There are two sizes of lockers:
- Small - 11" X 9" x 16" at a cost of $8 per day plus a $5 key deposit; and,
- Large - 17.5" x 12" x 16" at a cost of $10 per day plus a $5 key deposit.
The Large sized lockers appear to be pretty roomy, however I recommend you measure your stroller while at home to be sure it will fit.
In addition, there are coin-operated lockers at At the Epcot bus depot location. The single-use lockers are 23” x 16” x 29” and the cost is $1. At the Disney Hollywood Studios bus depot, there are 2 single-use locker sizes: 12” x 24” x 28” for $1, and 4” x 5.5” x 6” for $.50.
When my family visits Walt Disney World Resort, we rent a roomier stroller from Kingdom Strollers, one of the
Disney Featured Providers for family's like mine that require a stroller for extended stays and beyond the theme parks. The 3 Disney Featured Providers for Strollers are:
- Magic Strollers: (866) 866-6177;
- Orlando Stroller Rentals: (800) 281-0884; and,
- Kingdom Strollers: (407) 271-5301.
Have a Magical Trip!
