Can "big" kids as in preteen or teenagers who are VERY picky eaters order off the kids menu at a table service restaurant?

    Hi Susan!

I know what it is like to travel with a picky eater! Sometimes it can be overwhelming to try to find something that everyone will enjoy. That is what I love about the Walt Disney World Resort; usually you can find something that will please everyone!

It has been my experience that “usually” your big kid should be able to order off of the kids menu. When I have traveled with my Godson, I always explain to the server that he is a picky eater and is not interested in anything on the adult menu. I have found that the server to be very helpful, and they have usually been able to accommodate my request. Just a note: it is not guaranteed that they will allow your family to do this, but it never hurts to ask!

I always like to encourage guests to try to make dining reservations for any of the sit down restaurants that you are hoping to dine at!

I hope that you have a great time! Please feel free to visit us again with any other planning questions! We love to help!
