Welcome to planDisney, Adam! Thanks for trusting your fellow panelists to help with your upcoming magical adventure to the Walt Disney World Resort. It sounds like you have a great party joining you, and I can't wait to hear all about the great memories and moments you are all going to collect real soon.
Choosing to stay near
Disney Springs is a brilliant decision, Adam. You'll find yourself with a plethora of dining and shopping options, many of which stay open until late at night. While there might not be direct transportation between Disney Springs and the theme parks at the moment, don't fret. The
complimentary Disney transportation system is incredibly convenient, making it a breeze to reach any destination.
Let me break this down for you. If you're planning a visit to
Magic Kingdom, simply catch a bus to Disney's Contemporary Resort. From there, you can either hop on the monorail or take a leisurely walk to the front entrance in under 10 minutes. Alternatively, you can take a bus to Disney's Polynesian Village Resort or
Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa and then board the monorail.
For a trip to EPCOT or Disney's Hollywood Studios, Adam, the
Disney Skyliner is your ticket to a fun and whimsical journey. Simply take a bus to one of the resorts and then hop on the Skyliner for a quick and enjoyable ride to the parks. It's a unique experience you won't want to miss!
If you're heading to
Disney's Animal Kingdom, the best route is to take a bus to Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge and then hop on a bus to the theme park. No need to walk, as the new bus will leave from the same place you disembark. How convenient is that?
Bonus tip: For a magical start to your EPCOT day, hop on a bus to Disney's Yacht Club Resort, have breakfast or brunch at
Ale & Compass Restaurant (don't miss the Shrimp and White Cheddar Grits), and then take a lovely walk to EPCOT—the views are fantastic!
Hope this helps, Adam! Feel free to
come back anytime and ask us more questions. It's always a pleasure to help our good friends like you.
Cheers
Nilson
