Hi, I have a big group coming at the end of October 11 adults 2 kids and 2 babies we have 2 adults that are filling out forms for DAS with our group being so large would we all be able to go on rides at the same time or would it have to be broken up? TY

Hiya Kelli - welcome to planDisney!

It sounds like your crew is ready for an amazing vacation!

The Disability Access Service (DAS) is designed for Guests who are unable to utilize the standard attraction queues. As an accommodation, Guests who are approved for DAS are able to utilize their My Disney Experience Mobile App to select an attraction and receive a return time when they can experience the attraction. The great part is that the Guest can spend that time waiting somewhere that is more comfortable for them, or explore other activities in the Theme Park rather than spending that time in the standard queue. At the return time, the Lightning Lane entrance is used to experience the attraction with minimal wait time, and another attraction return time can be selected.

Each DAS-registered Guest can select up to five additional Guests to join them on each attraction, and they can select different Guests to join for each return time they select. So, if you have two DAS-registered Guests, and both select the same attraction at the same time, you'll receive nearly identical return times. With these five additional Guests, a total of 12 of you would be able to experience the attraction at the same time!

Within 30 days of arrival, Guests are eligible to complete online pre-registration for DAS via video chat with a Cast Member. If this is done at least two days before you arrive, they will also assist with making up to two DAS Advance attraction selections per day of your visit. These will be one-hour windows where you can experience an attraction using the Lightning Lane entrance, and are separate from the DAS return times you would be selecting while you are in the parks. I'm not certain if more than one Guest can pre-register online at the same time, and if that's not possible, each DAS-registered Guest could end up with different DAS Advance return times. That's not a huge deal, as you'll still be able to experience any attractions you request return times for together. If you don't complete online pre-registration, you can also discuss DAS with a Cast Member at a Guest Relations location within any Theme Park.

I hope this information is helpful in your planning process for your visit. The Walt Disney World 50th Anniversary Celebration is still spreading pixie dust in every corner of the parks, Resorts, and more - be sure to check out all of the magical offerings!
