Hello Carol and thanks for bringing such a
moving question to us here at planDisney!
I hEar you, Carol! This classic Tomorrowland Attraction is such a firm favourite of mine, and I can honestly say that a day spent at the
Magic Kingdom Park is never quite complete without taking a turn on the
Super-Skyway Tomorrowland Transit Authority PeopleMover! In fact - have you even been to the Magic Kingdom, if you haven't actually ridden on the PeopleMover?!!
I researched all that I could to uncover some information to share about the reopening of Tomorrowland Transit Authority PeopleMover, heck I even paged Mr. Morrow, Mr. Tom Morrow. But he was too busy trying to confirm his flight to the moon! So I think we're just going to have to keep patiently waiting for an update to perhaps appear on the
Disney Parks Blog.
The last time I was lucky enough to take a revolution on the Tomorrowland Transit Authority PeopleMover, I soon realised that it provided a great vantage point view of the new
TRON Lightcycles/Run Attraction which is currently being constructed over by
Space Mountain. In December 2020 the
Disney Parks Blog shared this awesome update featuring TRON Lightcycles which are available for Guests to view in Tomorrowland. I truly can't wait for this wonderfully futurist Attraction to launch (with a little faith, trust, and pixie dust!) as part of
The World's Most Magical Celebration!
In the meantime, don't forget there's still a great beautiful tomorrow waiting for you on
Walt Disney's Carousel of Progress!
Have a great Disney day ~ Jane
