We are a BIG family coming Jan.2013. 7adults & 3 kids. We're staying @ ASMusic. We reserved 1 Family Suite room & 2 Preferred rooms. We want the 3 rooms to be next to each other. What's our best bet for that to happen? Thanking you in advance!

    Hi there Viviane,

I recently traveled with a group to Disney's Fort Wilderness Cabins and we knew from the get go that we wanted to located be as close together as possible.  The best way to do this is to contact The Walt Disney Travel Company to request a "Travel With" number.  You will need to have the confirmation numbers for all three rooms if they were booked separately, and the Cast Member will "group" them together in the system and will also notate a request to be in the same general area!

Both the Preferred Rooms andThe Family Suites are located in sections "Jazz" and "Calypso" so be sure to request one of these sections on each reservation to increase your chances!

I usually call the resort directly a day or so prior to my arrival just to give them a heads up and to ensure that my reservation has been properly notated!  Special requests such as room location are never guaranteed but they will do their best to accommodate you!

    Best Wishes,
