How big is coronado springs compared to the other moderate resort hotels?

Hi, Jean!   Coronado Springs and Caribbean Beach are almost identical in size, number of rooms, and resort layout (except for check-in locations have different set-ups.)   Port Orleans Riverside is similar in size but has a different building layout, with Port Orleans French Quarter being the smallest.

The  grounds at Coronado Springs are beautiful, and there is a great food selection at the Pepper Market, and nice lounges indoors as well as by the lake.

There is a lot of walking at Coronado Springs, so request a room near El Centro (lobby and restaurants located here.)   The views of Lago Dorado (a 22 acre lake) are lovely, but rooms do not have balconies, so I would not spend the extra money on a water view.      If you stay at Coronado Springs, request a newly refurbished room and a location near either El Cento or the Dig Site (main pool area) whichever best suits your needs.  (Requests cannot be guaranteed.)

Whichever resort you choose, have a great time!

Meet the Panelist: Cathy, Ohio

Hi, I'm Cathy from Cleveland. I love to travel, especially in the winter to escape the snow and cold of Ohio! My husband and 2 kids share my enthusiasm for travel, so we enjoy our adventures together whether it is hiking at a National Park, sailing on a Disney Cruise Ship, or going to Walt Disney World which is our home away from home. My husband proposed to me in front of Cinderella Castle and we have not stopped visiting ever since! It's a blast helping guests here at planDisney!
