Hi! Big celebration for grandparents 40th wedding anniversary this year and we want to surprise them with the firework dessert package for up close access to MK fireworks! Question though, if we go for this, do we have to arrive at a set time?

    Hi Heather!

Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

What a wonderful place in which to celebrate your Grandparents' 40th wedding anniversary!  (I have the urge to sing "Ruby" by that well-known British group!).  The Fireworks Dessert Party at Tomorrowland Terrace is the perfect choice for a wonderful view of the Magic Kingdom Park fireworks - Happily Ever After (how appropriate!!), and to enjoy some delicious dessert treats at the same time.  I am sure your Grandparents will love it.  When you arrive at Magic Kingdom Park, refer to the Entertainment Schedule for the timing of the fireworks.  Once you know that, you are advised to arrive at Tomorrowland Terrace Restaurant for check-in 60 minutes prior to showtime.

There are many other ways in which you can add something magical to your trip. You might like to order a celebration cake to be delivered to your dining table, as a way to celebrate this special occasion. Also, Disney Floral and Gifts, have many choices of Disney-themed floral arrangements and gifts, which they will deliver straight to your Disney Resort hotel room. Have a look here for all the lovely ideas they can offer.

Please come back and visit us if you have any further questions. We will be happy to help you plan your magical holiday to Walt Disney World.
