    How come some bibbidy bobbidy boutique crown packages put the hair in a very full looking donut and others fan the hair out in a much smaller bun?

    Hi Caroline, 

    Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question.  I'm glad to hear you are considering visiting the Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique with your princesses, you will make memories that will last a lifetime.  

    When visiting the Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique, there are several options for you to choose for the hair styles.  Recently, the Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique has received a "makeover" in itself, with several changes to the hair styles and products used.  No matter what package you choose, if you decide on the Fairytale Princess hair style it will be the "new and improved" bun.  The difference you are seeing with the different buns would be the old style bun, where the child's hair is tightly pulled back into a small bun on the top of their head, using lots of product to keep the style securely in place.  The new style bun is a little more relaxed, using a donut to create a large full bun for the princesses.  If this style is something that you aren't as fond of, there are several other options available for hair styling as well, including the Disney Diva and the Colour Star.  

    In order to capture this experience, I would recommend visiting Castle Couture after your Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique Makeover, right beside Cinderella Castle.  In Disney Springs, you could visit Disney PhotoPass Service Centre inside the Marketplace. Disney PhotoPass photographers will hold a mini photoshoot of your princess, and all of the images will go onto your Memory Maker.
