Although my daughters are now older teens, I have fond memories of our visits to the BBB - both on land and at sea with
Disney Cruise Line! Your Mouseketeers will absolutely love receiving the royal treatment from Fairy Godmother's Apprentices, and they'll be treated like royalty all day around
Magic Kingdom Park. The Boutique is extremely popular, so
advance reservations are a must.
Currently, the Adventure Package offers a knight t-shirt option with a shield and sword, rather than the full knight costume. You are welcome to bring your own dashing knight ensemble and can keep the t-shirt for another day.
The selection of costumes does not include Tinkerbell at the moment. If your little one is set on dressing like her favorite fairy, I definitely recommend coming prepared. When my oldest went to the Boutique for the first time,
Tangled had recently been released, and she desperately wanted to be Rapunzel. I was so glad I brought a dress from home, as they were completely sold out in the parks!
If you'll be visiting during the warmer summer months, be sure to have a change of clothes with you. The costumes from the Boutique are really excellent quality, but they can be hot! Having a spare outfit can save you from a royal meltdown - that knight t-shirt may come in handy. I've also found great options for lightweight cotton dresses inspired by favorite Disney princesses that met my girls' requirements and kept them cool!
