Hello, hello there, Megan! Welcome to
planDisney! First of all, I'm delighted to hear that you scored a coveted
Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique reservation for your magical vacation. I'm sure all of the pictures are going to come out amazing!
Disney PhotoPass photographers usually start populating Main Street, U.S.A. when Magic Kingdom Park opens for Guests, but this does include
Early Theme Park Entry hours. If you scan into the park at 8 a.m. but the park opens at 9 a.m., for example, you should start to see PhotoPass photographers right around 8:30 a.m.
Megan, even though you probably won't find any PhotoPass photographers right at 8 a.m., you will definitely see them once you're done at the Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique! Appointments usually take anywhere between 60 and 90 minutes, so you should be walking out between 9 and 9:30 a.m. This is still a GREAT time for empty castle pictures! I suggest walking up to the castle and finding a photographer near the Partners Statue for best results. Or, if you don't mind taking pictures on your own as well, I know the perfect spot for you!
If you walk over to either one of the sides of Cinderella Castle, you'll find a small gazebo. I usually pick the one on the left for some reason, but the one on the right works just as well! Once you walk inside, you'll see that the view is completely unobstructed and perfectly photogenic... amazing, isn't it?! And if you really want the best results, I suggest booking a
Capture Your Moment session around 10 a.m. These include 20 minutes of alone time with a Disney PhotoPass photographer and props! The pictures always come out AMAZING. One of my favorite people, Ashley, booked one during her baby moon, and I swear I haven't seen more gorgeous photos of anyone, EVER!
I hope this is helpful, Megan. If you have any other questions for us, please don't hesitate to come right back so we can assist you further! Have a magical day!
Warm hugs,
Ana Paula
