My BFF and I want to run the Disney Princess half marathon together. She is a faster runner than I am. We want to start together but will most likely not stay together. If we register as a team will we be in the same corral to start?

    Hi Marci!

I contacted the runDisney staff to find this answer.  When you register, you will register in the team category but you will both put in your proof of race times.  If one runner is significantly faster than the other, than she will probably be placed in a higher corral.  They do try to keep teams together but it isn't a guarantee.   However, if you want to start together, she can come back to your corral.  You can move back corrals, but not forward.

I hope this helps!  What a fun way to run the race!  Good luck to you and your friend and let me know if you have any other questions!
