With 9:15am bfast ADR at Akershus & AAA's storytime in Norway at 11:30, am I crazy to plan on spending midday in WS and the pm in FW? Will be there Wed Oct 5, during Food & Wine Fest; travelling w/ a 3 year old. No need for thrill rides; mainly nem

    Hi Amanda,

Your itinerary for a day at Epcot sounds fine to me, especially since hitting the major thrill rides in this park is not at the top of your to-do list.  I think you'll find that mid-day is a great time to tour World Showcase as many guests who started their day in Future World will not have reached that part of the park yet and crowds will be delightfully low.  Visiting on a Wednesday will be an advantage for you as well, since Epcot is very popular on weekends, particularly during the Food and Wine Festival.  My only suggestion to you would be to consider whether you wish to make any dining reservations for later in the day.  If so, call (407) WDW-DINE as soon as possible.

Let us know if the Moms Panel can answer any additional questions for you as you plan your delightful fall family escape to Walt Disney World.  Sounds like you're already off to a good start!
