My BF just returned from serving a tour overseas in the USAF. We are going to WDW in March for some much needed R&R. Does guest services have a special button I can pin on his backpack to recognize him? I want to make this trip as special as I can!

    Hi Kelsey,

How wonderful that you want to make this trip special for your BF!  This does indeed call for a special celebration. You can stop by Guest Services and pick up an "I'm Celebrating" button for both of you. After all those who support our troops are very special and make sacrifices too.

You could also create a special ear hat for him while you're there celebrating by visiting the Chapeau at Magic Kingdom or at Downtown Disney.

Something else you may be interested in that would be special for him - every day around 5:00 p.m. at the Magic Kingdom, they hold a Flag Retreat (flag lowering ceremony for the US Flag) in Town Square's Municipal Park near City Hall. If you are interested in having your BF participate in, check with Guest Relations at City Hall when you enter the Magic Kingdom.

You could treat him to a Braves Spring Training Baseball game at ESPN Wide World of Sports. Click here to see their schedule & purchase tickets.

Also contact the Disney Floral & Gift Department. They create all kinds of wonderful gifts and in-room celebrations & have something to fit every budget.  Visit them on-line at or calling 407-827-3505.

Hope your trip is filled with magical moments!
