    My bf and I have annual passes on my phone. We went to DL for a week, I checked us into the park everyday from my phone. When we got home, he got an email saying he was a no show for 1 of the days. Is there something wrong with the way I’m checking us in?

    I hope you and your boyfriend had a magical week at The Happiest Place on Earth! I don't have access to your Disneyland Resort Magic Key accounts to see what might have happened. Generally, if a guest's Theme Park Ticket or Magic Key wasn't scanned, a Cast Member would catch that. I'm not sure what could have happened, and it may just be a glitch. In any event, you could call the Magic Key Membership Services line at (714) 781-7277 to speak with a Cast Member about the email stating your boyfriend was a no-show. Hopefully, calling will also help avoid this happening again in the future.
