Whats better wide side by side double umbrella stroller(won't go through a doorway as double but can be two singles)or britax bready stroller(2 seat)dont know how much 4yr will want to ride but 11.5month will ride a lot or one stroller and backpack carrier

    Hi Sheena.

Thanks for visiting me with your question.
Strollers are such an important and personal decision when traveling with little ones. What's most important is knowing that your own children's needs will be met, and that you'll have adequate storage for your daily needs.

When it comes to doorways at Walt Disney World, you'll find that most are generous to allow for your wider, double umbrella. At attractions and shows in the parks, strollers are assigned a parking area outside, so you'll just be carrying the little one in with you, picking your stroller up again near the attraction or show's exit. Shops allow strollers and most have wide enough doorways to accommodate even wider stroller models.

I hadn't heard of the 'b ready' that you described above, so I looked it up. Wow! How I wish that model was around when my own two were little! What a fabulous stroller! If you find that's the one that you're most comfortable with in terms of storage and comfort for nappers, then that may be the one you choose to opt for. Once I saw it, I definitely recognized it as being a type I've often seen in the parks lately. If you find the larger stroller heavier for travel or  not as easy to fold up to take onto Disney transportation buses and boats, then you may prefer to opt for your lighter weight, umbrella stroller.

I know that when my own daughter was around four years old and in the parks, there was so much for her to see and do that she really didn't want to be in a stroller much at all. Everyone has different needs and you'll definitely find that you'll see all of the combinations you describe above in the parks. Go with whatever is going to make traveling to Walt Disney World and maneuvering through the parks best for you and your family. Mother knows best!

Wishing you a simply Magical time at Walt Disney World Sheena!
