Is it better for 1st time visitors to WDW to skip the online check-in and check-in the long way. Would the check-in desk give us info that may be helpful but would be unknown if we checked-in online?

    Hi Cherry-Ann!

I've found that if you have any questions or concerns about your stay or package that they can be easily answered by the Cast Members at the On-line Check-in Desk.  The bulk of the time saving features of On-line Check-in is that your welcome folder items are prepared and ready to go.  If you have an additional questions at this time they will be more than happy to help!

    Have a magical vacation!
