Is it better to stay at a Disney resort or a Good Neighbour hotel before a stay at the Starcruiser? Is it at your own cost, or is it just an inter-resort transfer?

Bright Suns, Christopher! I'm so pleased to hear that you're planning an out-of-this-world experience on Star Wars: Galactic Starcruiser

If it were me planning this trip, I would choose to stay at a Disney Resorts Collection Hotel before your trip on the Halcyon. Your stay will be at your own cost, but a transfer between your Resort Hotel and the Star Wars: Galactic Starcruiser Terminal is included with your cruise. The crew will even provide you with transportation afterward if you're continuing your stay at Walt Disney World Resort after your voyage! If you do decide to book a stay at a Disney Resorts Collection Hotel, speak to a Cast Member at the Front Desk when you arrive to confirm your transportation to the Halcyon. You should also get a phone call to your Resort Hotel room on your transfer day with some more important information about your voyage.

Before you take off on your intergalactic cruise, I recommend checking out everything you need to know to prepare for launch. That page will have all the information about your voyage, what to expect, and things to check off of your to-do list before you leave!

Have a magical day, Christopher, and may The Force be with you on your journey!
