Which is better - All Star Movie or Art of Animation. With one I get the Little Mermaid room which my daughters (2,4) would love but several reviews seem to say it's too long of a walk. Option 2 Preferred room at All Star Movie Closer walk. Tie Breaker?

Hello James!  Thanks for asking your question here on the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

That's a tough tie to break, I love all of the Walt Disney World Resorts.  If it were me, I would go with Disney's Art of Animation Resort.  Disney's Art of Animation Resort is the newest resort on Walt Disney World property and has several cool features you can't get anywhere else.  Did you know that you can hear Nemo and friends playing underwater in the Big Blue Pool?  Also at Landscape of Flavors, the food court, you can find several made to order quick service options you wont get at other food courts.  My number 1 factor in making the decision would be the buses.  All of Disney's All Star Resorts share a bus which makes for a long ride at the end of the day when you have tired kids.  Disney's Art of Animation has its own buses to and from each theme park.  That, to me, is really important.  The Little Mermaid rooms are really cute, your daughters would really like them.

Rest easy in knowing which ever resort you choose, you will have a magical vacation!  If I can help you with anything else, please let me know.

Meet the Panelist: Jackie, North Carolina

I love all things Walt Disney World.  In fact, since becoming Annual Passholders, my family of 3 is always hopping in the car for a quick trip to visit with Mickey Mouse!  I've been known to make the 8 hour each way drive to Walt Disney World (in one day!) to indulge in a Mickey Waffle or enjoy a sunny day at Disney's Typhoon Lagoon Water Park.  I may have a small family, but we are always up for some BIG fun at the Walt Disney World Resort.   Learn More About Jackie
