What is a better reservation time at the California Grill to make the most of the fireworks experience - 7.40pm or 9.20pm?

Hi Fay!  This is a great question and will depend on the time of the Wishes show for the day you are planning your dinner at California Grill. If the Wishes will be shown at 9:00pm either will work. Since they can't guarantee tables next to the window if you took the early time you would want to get up and move to the outside special area for the best viewing of the show. Of course if you snagged a window seat you would just stay at your table which is awesome.  This might mean an interruption in your dinner. They don't love it when you get up and move out and then return but it does happen often. The outside area is the best view for photographs.

If you took the later time you would be allowed up to watch the fireworks on the special outside balcony area since you have a California Grill reservation. Be sure and let them know you wish to do this when you check in and make sure you check in early enough to get up there to see the show from the beginning. When it is over you would then go in and sit and wait to be called for dinner. The chances of you being called during the show are slim as people just don't leave until after Wishes is over.

It can work either way....just a preference to how you do it! Of course this is thinking that Wishes is at 9PM.
