Which is the better option if offered...30% off room or free dining...going in Oct..staying at Beach Club Resort in 2 rooms. There will be 4 adults and 1 child age 8. Thanks!

Hi there Diane! Don't you just love snagging a special offer for your Walt Disney World vacation!

The only way to determine which discount option would result in the biggest savings for your family is as follows:

    1.  Add up the cost of two rooms at Disney's Beach Club x the number of nights you are staying. Then, apply the room-only discount to that total.

    2.  Add up the cost of the 2012 Disney Dining Plan for 4 adults and 1 child x the number of nights you are staying. Remember to factor in the gratuity amount to this total.

At that point, you should be able to determine the most economical choice for your family.

Be sure to check the special offers section of the Walt Disney World website frequently to determine what might become available for your October travel dates!

Thanks for taking the time to visit us at the Walt Disney World Moms Panel and feel free to send more questions our way in the days leading up to your trip! Sending pixie dust that the special offer of your dreams becomes a reality!
