What would be the better deal for 16day/15night vacay? Moderate resort with discount or value resort with free dining plan? 2 adults/ 2 older kids in travel party and looking for cheapest deal. Thank you!

    Hi Jennifer!

I'm so super jealous! I have always wanted to go to Walt Disney World for two weeks! Maybe one of these years I'll get the opportunity!

I would really look into the differences in price between the two options. I believe that most of the Free Dining offers are usually for seven days and you may have to make two separate reservations for that. With the Moderate Resort discount being offered, you would be saving roughly 20% - 30% depending on the time of year and offer. I'm not certain that you would make up the difference between the Value Resorts' regular pricing and then adding free dining on top of that.

If it were me, I would chose the Value Resort with free dining plan. But, please double check your numbers prior to making the reservation and maybe go through an Authorized Disney Vacation Planner to get there opinion as well. They may also have additional options for you which are not readily available.

Thank you so much for asking the Moms Panel! I hope you have a wonderful day!
