    Is it better to make ADR's online or by phone? I plan on making several reservations.

    Hi Christine!!!

    It is so nice to have the flexibility to be able to book Advance Dining Reservations online or by phone.  I think there are definitely advantages to each method.

    By booking them online, there is no hold or wait time like on the phone.  You are also not bound to the times that Disney Dining is open if you book online.  You are also able to look at different restaurants by looking online.  With all that being said, if you are planning to book multiple Advance Dining Reservations I do believe it would be quicker to do so over the phone (depending on your wait time.)  The cast member you speak with will be able to book them quicker than it takes online.  You may also have more dining times available by phone than what you see online.  

    To say which way is better is a toss-up.  I believe they are both great and you can't go wrong with either method.
