Hey there, Ashley. To all who come to planDisney, welcome! We're so glad you're back to ask us this question. Oh, boy! A visit to the Happiest Place on Earth is in the works and we're thrilled to help out.
There are plenty of
different ways to get to the Disneyland Resort from the airport. Whenever I fly into Los Angeles International Airport, I find that I'm usually taking either a shuttle service or rideshare over to the Disneyland Resort or my
Good Neighbor Hotel. I have used both rideshare companies and have had no issues at all. Something to keep in mind is that the rideshare pick-up location is just before the airport terminal and you will need to take either a complimentary shuttle or walk to the location.
I searched the internet and found that California Law currently states that children under the age of 8 must be secured in a car seat or booster seat in the back seat. I strongly recommend researching both rideshare companies to completely understand each of their policies and what is offered when it comes to children under 8 riding along. My fellow
panelist pal, Amanda, also has some wonderful recommendations.
Ashley, I hope this is helpful and gives you a place to start your research. As you continue down your magical planning path, come back to ask us any other questions that you might be curious about. Until then, I wish you happy planning!
