What are the best WDW parks for older kids (ages 7-15)?

Well, I would have to say the favorite park was hands down Typhoon Lagoon.  There second favorite was Animal Kingdom.  The 7,8 and 11 year old liked Magic Kingdom's Adventureland and Tomorrowland.  The 13,14, and 16 year olds liked the Rock n' Roller Coaster at Hollywood Studios, and all loved the Toy Story Mania located in Hollywood Studios.  Epcot was a hit with Test track, Soarin', and Mission Space.  The younger ones had a blast seeking out the stamps in Animal Kingdom to complete their safari books.  It was a fantastic educational experience and the kids actually got into the learning.  There is something for everyone!! Hope you have a fabulous trip!! Heather M.
