What's the best way to get to Trails End restaurant from the Magic Kingdom area?

    Hey, Roy!

Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. Let me help you mosey on over to the Trail's End Restaurant at The Campsites at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort via Disney transportation.

My suggestion is to use the 'Get Directions' feature on the My Disney Experience mobile app. It is the best way to find your way between any two Walt Disney World Resort locations. You have two options: bus and boat; they take about the same time. I love the boat because it is so unique.

I would board the boat to Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort & Campgrounds at the boat launch just outside Magic Kingdom Park. Ask the captain to make sure you are on the correct boat. Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort & Campgrounds boats usually have a Green Flag and Disney's Wilderness Lodge has a Red Flag. It could take up to an hour for the voyage including wait time and walk to the restaurant. Boats usually depart every 20 minutes

Disney Dad Tip: Some of the most beautiful pictures of Magic Kingdom Park, Seven Seas Lagoon and Bay Lake are made from these boats. We just love to relax with the lake breeze on our faces as we head across the water. It is truly unforgettable.

Roy, enjoy making many Magical Memories.
