Hey Nebu!
Welcome back again to planDisney! I don't see an upcoming trip in the books for you yet but I am sure that you are already wondering how best to enjoy every moment! At the end of every fabulous Park day, there is always a sad departure.
Leaving the Parks at the end of the day after a fireworks show at
Magic Kingdom Park can be an interesting experience. Right now
Disney Enchantment will bedazzle your eyes and ears until April 2, 2023, when the triumphant return of Happily Ever After will surely stir your heart. These nighttime spectaculars are what I consider the cherry on top of a perfect day!
Now, how to escape! My best tip is to not leave right away! So many people leave right after the fireworks show but many times Magic Kingdom Park remains open for a while longer. As a result, you will find wait times to be much lower and the Park much emptier.
If you have no choice and you must leave then I recommend trying to view the nighttime spectacular from the end of Main Street, U.S.A. closest to City Hall. From there the exit leads right to the
Monorail which will run till one hour past Magic Kingdom park closes. I recommend taking the Express Monorail which will take you right to the Transportation and Ticket Center (TTC). Now, sometimes,
Ferryboats are a good way to get to your vehicle. It may not be clear though if this is a good option until you are ready to leave. I personally love any boat and find it to be a relaxing way to end the evening. In addition, I always listen to what the Cast Members are announcing at the exits as they have been very helpful at getting me to the quickest option.
When leaving the Park, make sure to hold onto your children, gather all your belongings, and move carefully and consistently. You will get to your comfy bed soon enough and be ready for another day in the Parks!
Hope to see you in the Parks soon! Have a magical day!
