It’s been a few years since we’ve seen you around these parts, but it sure is nice to have you back! Just like my buddies Buzz and Woody, you’ve always got a friend in planDisney!
Deborah, you have a few options to get you to Disney Springs from the Magic Kingdom. The first would take you on the walking path from the Magic Kingdom to
Disney’s Contemporary Resort where you would take Disney’s complimentary bus transportation. The bus stop for the Contemporary Resort is just outside the lobby entrance and is easy to find once you get to the resort from the Magic Kingdom walkway. You could also take any of the Magic Kingdom bus routes to a nearby Disney Resort and then transfer from that resort to a Disney Springs bus.
Another option would be to ride the rails of the
Disney Monorail service from the Magic Kingdom to Disney’s Contemporary Resort. You would head downstairs at the Contemporary after exiting the Monorail and head out of the lobby area to the bus stop where you would catch the bus to Disney Springs.
Deborah, a more direct route with some pixie dust tossed on top, would be to call on a Minnie Van connected by Lyft to give you a direct ride from the Magic Kingdom to Disney Springs! It would be an additional cost but would be an amazing adventure!
Once you arrive at Disney Springs, if you have any intergalactic travelers with you, head to
Star Wars Galactic Outpost! My grandson makes this his first stop on every trip. The force is with him! My wife has a goal to try a different dining location every time we make the journey to Disney Springs. Our last adventure was lunch at
Maria & Enzo’s Ristorante before the runDisney Princess Half Marathon with my daughter! If I’m on my own, I’m stopping by the
Earl of Sandwich for a Ham & Swiss that always hits the spot!
