Best value to visit Disney World for Xmas for a few days with my adult daughters, thinking of 12/23/24 to 12/26/24.

    Hi Laura,

    Welcome to planDisney!

I am so excited to see you planning a trip during the Holidays at Walt Disney World Resort. This is my family's absolute favorite time of year to visit! The dates you have selected are simply magical.

It sounds like you are looking for best value for Disney resort hotels or vacation packages during that time of year. I would advise you to keep an eye on the Special Offers. These are updated regularly. Once a special offer is released, I advise you to book it because there may be a limited number of rooms reserved for that special offer.

Although I am always on a budget and looking for reasonable prices, my family also appreciates certain resort hotel amenities that most often come with deluxe or deluxe villa resorts. We love resorts with multiple dining and transportation options. Our favorite resort hotels are within walking distance to one or more theme parks. So, take a look at the resort hotel options. A few of my favorites include Disney's Contemporary Resort Hotel, Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa, and Disney's BoardWalk Inn. When I am on a tighter budget, I have stayed at Disney's Pop Century Resort. In addition to the Walt Disney World® Bus Service, it has access to the Disney Skyliner

As you think about value, also consider a vacation package with one of the Disney Dining Plans. My family loves to eat so the dining plans are a good value for us. Also, when booking a vacation package, I suggest that you check the prices of the resort hotel and theme park tickets separately to compare with the price of the vacation package. I always do this comparison to make sure we are getting the best deal when we are not travelling as part of our Disney Vacation Club membership.

Last tip - if you visit during December, do check out the Candlelight Processional. We always reserve a Candlelight Processional Dining Package so that we get access to the show.

Laura, I hope this helps. If I have not understood your question correctly, please drop by again! As a mom of twin daughters, I know how important it is to create lasting memories. Take the trip. Make the memories!

    Magic and memories,
    Donyell
