Hi Matt!
Welcome to planDisney.
I love the Disney water parks! After the sometimes more exciting and faster-paced theme parks, there's something really nice about relaxing for a day at
Disney's Typhoon Lagoon or Disney's Blizzard Beach (whichever is open).
The complimentary bus service to Disney's Typhoon Lagoon is available from all Disney Resort hotels via Disney Springs, where you will transfer to another bus for the water park. The reverse route applies when you want to return to your hotel, so take a bus to Disney Springs and then another bus to any Disney Resort hotel. After a day at
Typhoon Lagoon, I usually opt for a Lyft ride back to my hotel - it's just quicker and reasonably inexpensive - download the Lyft app to your phone and you'll see all the options available, along with all the different prices. The rideshare pickup point is just outside the entrance, to the right as you walk out of the park.
This cannot be guaranteed, but recently I have taken a bus from my hotel that stopped at Typhoon Lagoon en-route to Disney Springs, so please check with your Front Desk to see if this service is available.
Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort is in the enviable position of being on the
Disney Skyliner route, but unfortunately this wouldn't provide the most time-efficient way of travelling to the water parks. You will be able to make good use of the Skyliner on other days when you are visiting EPCOT or Disney's Hollywood Studios - it's such a great way to travel, high above the Resort.
Please come back and visit us if you have any further questions, and you can
send me a direct question if you wish. We will be happy to help you plan your magical vacation at Walt Disney World!
