Welcome aboard,William!
Your first voyage on the Disney Cruise and it surely will be awesome - you've already got the attitude to kick it off with a bang. Thanks for allowing us to be part of your first time adventure on the Disney Cruise... I still remember my family's first voyage, and I too wanted it to be an epic vacation.
I'm sure you've noticed that there is no shortage of things to do and see on these spectacular cruise ships. You want to enjoy this adventure and not rush through it all -- so make sure you pace yourself. It will be difficult to see and do everything. Instead, pick and choose the activities that you really want to experience. Planning in advance will help, just in case there are certain Port Adventures that you are looking to book - make sure you reserve your spot early, since port adventures do sell out. There will be Broadway-style performances each night. These are fabulous shows - try not to miss any of them! Dining is a gastronomic experience on the Disney Cruise - enjoy it as you rotate through all the main dining rooms. If you can, schedule a date night (if not dinner, go for brunch - or try both!) at one of the
Adult Exclusive Restaurants (Palo or Remy). There is an extra upcharge, but it is so worth it... it is absolutely impeccable!
If you fancy some ultimate pampering,
the Senses or Vista Spa offers wonderful services and couples packages - heavenly! Later in the evening, you can also check out the
Adult Clubs & Lounges onboard for late night fun & entertainment. Kids will have a blast at the Youth Clubs, and as you can see, the adults will have plenty to do!
Hope this helps!
