Hi there, Melissa!
Welcome to planDisney! I’m so excited you’re planning a visit to Walt Disney World Resort this October!
What a spell-tacular time to be here! With Mickey pumpkins glowing down Main Street, and festive treats around every corner, you’re truly in for a treat (and maybe a trick or two!).
Now, let’s talk
Disney transportation! From
Disney’s Port Orleans Resort – French Quarter to Disney’s Hollywood Studios, the most direct route is by taking a bus. They run regularly and will drop you right at the entrance, so you’ll be ready to step into your Hollywood adventure in no time.
To travel between French Quarter and Magic Kingdom, you’ll also hop aboard a bus. This one takes you straight to the front gates of the Most Magical Place on Earth. No need for transfers, just sit back and soak in the anticipation of seeing Cinderella Castle come into view. Swoon!
Here’s a pixie-dusted tip: the
My Disney Experience app has a wonderful “Get Directions” feature. Simply type in your starting point and destination, and it will guide you with step-by-step travel times and routes. It’s like having your very own magic carpet ride planner in your pocket!
Since you’ll be staying at French Quarter, I can’t resist recommending a stop at
Scat Cat’s Club – Café for their famous Mickey-shaped beignets. They’re pure powdered-sugar happiness, and they pair perfectly with a riverside stroll before heading out for the day.
Oh, and don’t miss the brand-new parade at Magic Kingdom:
Disney Starlight: Dream the Night Away! With so many dazzling lights and brand-new floats, you’ll be mesmerized from the very first note to the grand finale—it’s pure Disney magic!
Melissa, I hope your visit will be as sweet as a beignet and as sparkling as the lights on Cinderella Castle! Or, as Princess Tiana would say, you’re almost there. Your magical adventure is waiting!
See ya real soon,
Emille
