Hi Angela! Welcome to planDisney!

You must be SO excited to visit the Walt Disney World Resort soon! I stayed at Disney's Contemporary Resort last month and it was wonderful. Getting up early to catch the sunrise over the water is high on my list of recommendations at this Disney Resorts Collection hotel. It is incredibly peaceful and gorgeous!

Walt Disney World complimentary bus transportation is the way to go when traveling between Disney's Contemporary Resort and Disney's Hollywood Studios! On my recent visit, a friend and fellow planDisney Panelist used an Electric Conveyance Vehicle (ECV) to get around and the buses were how we most frequently traveled to the theme parks. One of the nice things about the bus is that they load Guests with ECVs first (up to two per bus), so you don't have to worry about maneuvering around a lot of other Guests when you are on the bus. I was very impressed with how patient the Cast Members were and how willing they were to help with parking the ECV on the bus if needed!
